Lots of us are guilty of constantly going to check back at our losses after losing them. For instance, you bought a token at a specific price, then it went down and the value reduces, you got angry and sold. Then come back few weeks later to see that the token had done 3X Or more. The emotional trauma that comes with that feelings is so sad, because experiencing something like this will have you regretting your decisions. Remember that no one knows the direction of the crypto market, we are all gambling in the crypto space just like every one else no one knows the future.

This is why we have to do research thoroughly before investing in a project, so that, should incase the project loses its value, the utility supporting and behind the project will have the token price increase over time. I had this experience when I started my IDO investment, my first IDO experience was a bad one, Limewire is a platform that encourages content creators, lots of content creators utilise the platform. I did their IDO, bought their token but unfortunately the token dumped more than 60%, I was so mad I sold off my assets, came back today, saw the price of the token and it jumped 600%. So sad because I waited over 5 months only to sell and it pumped. 

Most times it’s good to disassociate your emotions from your crypto assets, after you have done your research, all you have to do is wait. So you don’t make regretful decisions, and if you make regretful decisions and lose, don’t dwell on that loss. Take your loss and move on, or rather, take your loss, make better research choose better projects and be emotionally better. The crypto game deals with a lot of emotions, as long as money is involved, your emotions are expected to get high, this is why it is advised to use money you can afford to lose, not money you can’t afford to lose. This will help you take your mind off the asset should incase that value dips.
