 Earlier on Elon Musk announced his company, Tesla will be accepting bitcoin as a means of payment. But later disappointed the world by denouncing Bitcoin as a means of payment . This caused FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) and a lot of panic sells were made. It was one of the reasons that caused the bitcoin price crash last month of May.  President Nayib Bukele, the president of El Salvador swooped in and gave everyone a renounced hope on bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large. This is the reason I called him the bitcoin messiah. He took a bold step and a historical step by making bitcoin a legal tender in El Salvador 🇸🇻. He came in like messiah and saved the day. He did not only make bitcoin a legal tender he also built an eco friendly way to mine bitcoin using the countrie’s Volcano.   He has brought in a lot of positivity towards bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large. This has paved ways for other countries. I mean Brazil, Columbia , Panama and some Latin American countries are considering doing the same. This is really nice for the cryptocurrency world and revolutionizing finance through the decentralized way. Somebody had to take the lead, and the expected people had not. Elon Musk looked like a big player in cryptocurrency, but his backtracking on Bitcoin didn't help matters. Nayib Bukele just made Elon Musk look like someone out of his league. In defense of the billionaire, there are things a head of state could do that he couldn't.
