 Elon Musk who is the CEO of Tesla, posted on his Twitter account, saying Tesla won’t accept Bitcoin as a means of payment because of the amount of energy it takes to mine bitcoin.  This action made the price of bitcoin to sink to nearly $45,700 before having a little upward bounce.  For a long time ripple executives have been trying to let the world know how effective XRP is for payment. In an interview, Brad Garlinghouse ( CEO of Ripple) said that XRP IS 10,000 more energy efficient than bitcoin. Last month Ripple joined the Climate Accord to decarbonize all blockchains.  XRP is the only crypto that has the fastest rate of transaction and cost less than any crypto. While Elon Musk is looking for other Crypto Alternatives , him and his team need to consider XRP being the only “green” contender.  Rather than utilizing the blockchain mining idea, the Ripple network utilizes a one of a kind circulated agreement component to approve exchanges where partaking hubs check the legitimacy of an exchange by gathering information. This empowers practically moment affirmations without a focal position. The final product is that XRP stays decentralized and is quicker and more dependable than a large number of its rivals. It thereby makes XRP CONSENSUS System consume little amount of energy compared to Bitcoin.
