In our personal lives we undoubtedly strive to be a good role model for our peers and our children.
In our professional and business lives we endeavour to achieve a greater level of abundance and ultimately success.
Everything we do takes effort, which is time and energy. These are the true costs of life. It makes sense to invest them wisely; unfortunately society encourages us to waste these most important assets in exchange for the newest shiniest trinket.
How do we start to invest our life more effectively?
1. Take stock
2. Build Resilience
3. Reinvest
4. Repeat
The process is a simple 3 step one. The difficulty is avoiding being overwhelmed with choice and distracted from progress by busy-ness. This is where a coach comes in. The small cost of employing a life coach becomes an integral part of building Resilience, and a significant help in taking stock.
You can buy many off the shelf training programmes, but none of these can provide the personal focus of 1-2-1 personal coaching.
Many people just associate coaching with football teams, Olympic athletes or the gym. Have you considered that the same approach could work equally well for all aspects of your life?
Instead of our time and energy frittering away every hour of every single day, how would you feel if everything you did brought you a ROI (return on investment), and what if it happened automatically without you needing to focus on it constantly?
That's the purpose of personal life coaching, and I'm grateful to have gained the certifications and experience to help people take charge of life and live their legacy.
I began my journey into discovering the Meaning of Life many decades ago. If I wanted to be effective and successful in my life I figured it would help to know what I was supposed to be doing. Unfortunately, life didn't come with a user manual and the only 'coaches' I could turn to were conventional religious doctrine. I dabbled of course, but those paths were more limiting than liberating.
The possibility of taking on a personal coach or mentor was non existent, so I had to do it the hard way. Years of confusing slog traversing obscure ideas, piecing together glimpses of reality from personal experiences, diverse publications, books, and videos - deep delving into disjointed learning. Luckily I am a natural synthesiser; someone who is able to link together a multitude of information into a cohesive path of understanding.
