# Blockchain Meets Big Business

According to a study conducted by analyst firm Juniper Research, 57% of large companies, those being over 20,000 employees in size, said that they were either looking into how blockchain technology could benefit their business or currently building a blockchain architecture. Only few (15%) had not heard or had very limited knowledge of the technology. A majority of them expect a successful implementation of blockchain solutions by the end of 2018.  

This is a huge spike in interest in blockchain tech from even a year ago. Likely within the coming decade we will see blockchain solutions become a common staple in companies both large and small.
