I do what I can. Since there aren't many community quests or challenges weekly, though there are 1-2 sometimes, I think new users should be helped. The @POB-fund received Friday  50% of our posts if we set them.  But that doesn't mean they are sending the money to raise new users' engagement. 

Let me know if you know someone in need of pobs. I don't have much now since I have staked them, but I will help those who want to post and engage. @proofofbrainio could do the same. But I doubt he will

Each particular experience has its own story. Personally, when I talk about my experience, I look for answers about that specific case. You got no explanation. I got poor ones. Anyway, it's all wild and nothing really respected from the downvotes reasons in here. It just goes on subjective interpretation. And when I ask them to justify clearly, they went on hypothetical scenarios where I would do something:))))) Instead of looking at all the shameful events that happened here 3 long weekends, while they tolerated hate speech in posts of the same bully. So, not downvoting violent speech/text but downvoting a person who said she can do stuff to defend herself! Fk it! None of the curators, nor Vem nor Proofofbrain had the decency to apologize to me for tolerating and even upvoting hate search texts when my name was trashed. This is POB and its best practices and policies. I was not the only woman who got attacked by the man in here. I only wish he could open and cut them up as he said he'd like and enjoy. It is much more in here than a downvote, dear. ...A simple excuse for tolerating HATE SPEECH would have been enough to see some decency, instead of a 1000 POB delegation. But, enough. I am talking about morals and values that might be unknown to some.

You're talking about Hive values, indeed. And I can say that I understand completely what you mean.

It seems our curators (not all, some) still want to bring this conflict up each week, even if I have minded my own business until this post that I have made.

They might like conflict and drama, instead of focusing on helping newbies. And building on feedback, instead of denying things that have happened. 
Yes, I have exposed 1% of everything there is about the mechanics and dynamics of this place. 
The rest is their business. If what happened to me and to the other lady, plus to another one of my friends that decided to leave this place for good yesterday after unstacking his POBs, people will just come to make their POBs, sell, and even goes transparent about things in here. I had the decency to make a short article, without print screens of the REAL messy stuff behind this and how I got contacted and threatened by POB ppl outside POB.

Enough barking from my side. 
From now, I won't be answering anybody bringing it up anymore. the purpose of this post is clear.
In the end, I appreciate those POB users who were inside this conflict and had the decency to understand both parts and don't push it anymore as others did. Even the guy that started to post about me had the decency to continue his POB activities doing what he loves.

I wish that those 1000POBS that were taken from my delegation would go to someone who is really engaging here and to the new users that might go through life difficulties. But I cannot decide on that.

When it comes to trolling and the behavior I saw in POB, allow me to keep my skepticism. I have already sent an Educational announcement, as we have them in there, giving them a few other Hive places to go and start the engagement. I'm not using my 3% from Peakd registration for none of them, didn't share my referral link. This is no place for people that want to engage productively, offer and give constructive feedback. After what they did to me, I won't bring any person in anymore. I have some who followed me here and they told me today that they won't even post or engage around here with the reactions they have seen towards my identity and to my engagement. People are disgusted when they analyze for themselves and see how justice is done or un-done.

But you're kind to suggest that.
