The crypto market has been going through a phase which no body has witnessed in the past. ETF being approved and the upcoming BTC halving, has created a mixed sentiment among crypto holders/investors. Keeping that in mind, it is better to have stable currency in portfolio. That being said, there are ways where our stables can give some juicy APR in our HIVE eco system.

Well, we all are aware of HBD savings. Putting HBD into savings would generate some decent APR and also it is almost risk free, unless HBD gets de-pegged. But considering previous incidents, where we have witnessed HBD has seen a very fast recovery due to its mechanism. Which does provides a very good reason to put some decent amount in HBD and enjoy the APR, if you are into risk free investments.

Well, as of now I am talking about the liquidity pools available within our ecosystem. I have been a LP provider for some time. Mostly, I am into Splinterlands ecosystem. I wanted to try out the liquidity pools of BSC. Which is why, recently I started to provide liquidity into stable pools. Well, almost stable, this would suit the phrase. DEC and USDC pool seemed the best option for me. As of now the price of DEC is little less in pegged value. This would give me some extra  DEC while adding it to the pool. Although, I have just entered the pool and I intend to increase  my position in the coming days.

A fact that is really itching me is the rewards that all the LP providers are receiving is "SPS". Those who are cashing out the rewards, they would eventually sell the SPS into the market. Which is reluctantly making the price of SPS dump a little more. Although, the number of SPS being given out as reward may be significantly lower, but I rest my case I suppose. I am aware there are probably no alternatives at the moment but I am sure there would be some sort of way to make things work on our side. 
<br>
For example, lets say Splinterlands provide liquidity in DEC-USDC pool. The rewards which Splinterlands would get in return aka SPS, would be burned and converted to DEC. This would probably create a stable cycle for obtaining DEC rather than burning the liquid SPS in possession of Splinterlands. Well, there might be downside to this idea as well. But this is an idea indeed. 
<br>
Above all, we all want Splinterlands to reach to a certain heights where the users, players, investors, company would get benefitted in long term. As there are players, investors who has been involved with Splinterlands for such a long time and made this play to earn game a home for themselves. Lets do whatever that is necessary to make this game reach to the heights that it deserves.
