Tools in one hand, Spatula in the other for the day

Some people spend time shopping, well I spend mine under the car and over the stove for the day. I gave myself 2 task. Giving my car a fresh oil change and cooking up some spice for dinner.

This round, I give myself a try from Caltex. Which it's brand is stable and well known over the year. And no exception for this round. Caltex Havoline Pro DS will be going in to my 10 years old + car. Let's see how it perform. Hopefully is good.

This time, Mass Air flow sensor(MAF) is being clean. Recommended to clean it with contact cleaner each time you do oil change service for better and accurate reading.

Throttle body also needed to be clean each time as well. As carbon will build up over time which can cause idling jerks and unresponsive acceleration as well.

Air-conditioning and Air filter is important as well. Top is old bottom is new. Judging from it you can see how dirty/dusty it is over here. And is a must change as well. Not to forget about oil filter too.

After 2 hours. Periodical maintenance is complete. Now is time for dinner. Which I'll prepare green curry for my family. Above is some of the ingredient needed.

Coconut milk, shrimp paste and green curry paste for the base. Stir it until all dissolve.

Next minced chicken is added up. Stir well until all is cooked up.

Lastly, water and Thai egg plant is up. Let it boiled for few mins before adding some magic up. When egg plant is soft enough, you can add fish sauce, ajinomoto and sugar for your desire taste.
