 The national academy of Fine and performing arts called *Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy* arrange art exhibition from time to time. Dhaka Art Summit was one of them and it was my pleasure to be able to exhibit the gallery. I bought my son with me as there were a few kid's exhibitions as well. It was hard for him to follow, the 'no touching, no running, no loud voice' rules set by me. But he enjoyed the show. Let me give you a glimpse. <hr/>  The entrance was full of handmade terracotta. At first, they seem random but the words on the tiles were meaningful.  Just beside the entrance, there was a laser show going in. I have to agree this was one of the significant show amount the summit. The show was elaborating with light and sound on how people get greedy in a materialistic society and in the end how those materialistic needs hunt them down till death. The sound was scary, the laser art was perfect; loved it.  The whole exhibition hall was full of different art. Don't ask me about the theme, I'm not an art expert. I was not sure what was going on in some art and shows but enjoyed seeing them.   A lot going on there. We walk through all the floors. One thing I love about this type of exhibition is, people usually wear traditional clothing and it adds an extra vibe.    This is based on our freedom fight. There were so many things going on in the small cardboard; it represents how oppressed we were and how they exploited us.   In this small temple-like hall, a video game/Minecraft type of show was going on. The inside of the hall was like a maze, I believe, it was representing how we are tied and stuck with different games.  This is just a portion of the art exhibition. The whole five floors were full of different work. I will share some more in other posts. On the outside, there was a food court, some small rides, and bookshops. I quite enjoyed exploring the place. <hr/> Have a good day, everyone.
