Chotpoti is one of our local popular snacks. Yes, I know it looks like a min course meal but it's not, we consider it a heavy snack. It's a popular street food too. 

The recipe is simple yet full of flavors. It's a mix of chickpeas with meat pieces and a lot of spices. You can add different toppings like eggs and cucumbers.



*Chotpoti means something that you can cook quickly. And this recipe goes by its name, quick and easy. It's a famous street food in Bangladesh and the Indian region. You will find many varieties and tastes.*

Cooking Chotpoti at home means I can add whatever toppings I'm craving, customize the texture as per my liking, and the spices as per my mood.
