**Las casas ecológicas son las casas del futuro, hechas con materiales que nos proporciona el mismo medio ambiente. Materiales sostenibles, que las convierte en casas autosuficientes que cubren el 100% de las necesidades energéticas aprovechando los recursos naturales (energías renovables).**

**Por desconocimiento, solemos pensar, que construir una vivienda con características autosustentables, implica un proyecto de gran envergadura, pero incluso es mucho más sencillo que embarcarse en la construcción de una casa con materiales tradicionales.**

**Con la buena noticia de que ya contamos con ingenieros, arquitectos y personas especializadas en construcción, que nos lo hacen mucho más fácil, simplificando además todos los costos y la logística de construcción.**

**Pero hay algo más y mejor, nos reducen casi a cero, las facturas del uso de energía, permitiéndonos ahorrar un monto de dinero significativo cada mes.**

**Por ejemplo, la compañía Green Magic Home, que dispone de casas prefabricadas ecológicas de estilo hobbit por tan solo 15.000 euros, con aislamiento natural y un tiempo de construcción de tan solo tres días.**

**La construcción de  una casa ecológica se debe de adecuar al entorno que le rodea, respetando el espacio natural del medio ambiente, sin ultrajar su esencia, sino más bien adaptándose a su entorno, y aprovechar de manera benevolente, sus recursos amablemente solicitados.**

**En la actualidad, existen casas prefabricada construidas sin tener en cuenta el terreno donde se va a colocar, algunas son viviendas prefabricadas de alta eficiencia y hay otras empresas que ofrecen verdaderas casas prefabricadas ecológicas y económicas más flexibles que pueden adaptarse fácilmente al entorno.**

**Las viviendas autosuficientes, como también se les llama,pretenden ser la solución, o al menos contrarrestar significativamente, los problemas medioambientales, como la contaminación, por la cantidad de desechos y residuos que en una casa común generamos diariamente.**

**Por lo que deben diseñarse en base a una arquitectura bio climática,pues esta modalidad de construcción, permite minimizar el consumo de energía externa, las emisiones de CO2, así como los gases responsables del efecto invernadero, reducir la producción de basura tóxica e innecesaria y en general, eliminar o por lo menos minimizar el impacto medio ambiental.**

**Es importante tener en cuenta, el diseño y construcción de la casa el máximo aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales disponibles en el terreno disponible para la construcción de la vivienda ecológica.**

**Los expertos en construcción coinciden en su mayoría sobre la importancia de trabajar para conseguir un buen aislamiento en la vivienda, de cara a minimizar los intercambios de energía con el exterior y a permitir una correcta aclimatación térmica de la vivienda,que suponga el mínimo gasto energético posible.**

**De tal manera amigos, que por esta y por muchas razones más, las casa ecológica, son la mejor opción para tener un techo amigable donde vivir de una manera respetuosa con el ambiente que nos rodea.**
