Hello! Today has been a lazy day. I slept 10 hours and after having a small breakfast we went to the beach. The water was at a good temperature and the sun was hitting my skin hard so I decided to swim for a while. After reading some chapters of the next book I'm reading: The price of tomorrow by Jeff Booth we went to have lunch. It was delicious! If you want to know more about Jeff Booth here you have his website: https://www.jeffbooth.ca/ He's a great author, I love listening his interviews. His message makes a lot of sense. He says that the natural state of an economy is deflation. The main reason for that is technology. Technology has the effect of making the price of things go to zero. The price of things moves to the marginal cost of production over enough time. The only reason that we are not seeing this in our economies is because of inflation. They are manipulating the natural state of the economy by printing money. It has been a relaxing day. I love the summer slow life mentality, I could be in that state for a very long period of time. When I sleep a lot I have a better humor and I feel more relaxed.
