Enjoying the Hive Pump.... But it's Probably Just Speculation...
It's nice to see the Hive price spike up from the 40 cent to 60 cent range, but I think it's probably it's probably just people speculating on the price rather than it being a sign of people buying in for a long term hodl. 

Most of the funds are staying on exchanges after all, hardly any is being powered up - in fact quite the opposite, the spike in price seems to have triggered [more PowerDowns](https://peakd.com/hive-133987/@arcange/hive-finance-20220628-en)...

It's a shame really, there is a decent steady return on Powered Up Hive but people just aren't taking the opportunity, rather keeping it on exchanges probably on limit sell orders. 

So I expect the price to come down pretty shortly, but it's been nice to have the chance to sell some and get some lower limit orders back in myself, nice to skim some HBDs from the price action! 

Oh and if you've got a lot of Swap.Hive like I have, good luck getting it out now - the battle for that Hive Side liquidity is going to be fierce!

Hmmn these days there are more reasons for power downs rather than just selling. For example, pcub-pHive pairing offering 30% apr. Ofcourse, perhaps, chances are more are selling than not.

The level of PDs is more than PCub can soak up! It's just people selling. 

Besides, Hive people have clearly got no plans of buying into LEO!
