Seriously though the ETH network is a bit shit, right?
Honestly, all I want to do is swap a little KOIN for ETH and then stake a little KOIN in the liquidity pool. 

So I do a swap, confirm the transaction, leave it on pending, 30 minutes later nothing, so I nip out, I come back, it's failed, try again, 10 minutes later it finally confirms. 

In fairness, that wasn't such a bad thing, I got a slightly better swap rate. 

Then I try and stake what I've swapped to the pool and the same thing - I clicked confirm 30 minutes ago, and still...

FFS - It's so damned frustrating. 

ETH may well be useable, but god damn that's 'useable' in the loosest sense of the word! 

I'd really rather just do my transaction, see it confirmed and get on with other shit rather than having to check back every 10-15 minutes (I've given up on every 5 minutes, it's that shit). 

When is ETH 2.0 or whatever it's called due to be rolled out again?!?

I'm glad that I did not get started with KOIN, even though I was close. The download gave me an error and I decided that all the hassle just wouldn't be worth it - that I would watch it from the sidelines. 

After having been involved in the WLEO-ETH hack recently this would have been too much for me hahaha.

I seriously wonder if just investing in ETH and not doing anything else with it, would be the wisest / most attractive approach. It's pretty awesome that we now have the direct LEO to ETH transfer ( via Metamask built in in our wallets ). In fact, I gave it a try today and man it's quick and smooth.

Yes the LEO hack definitely wasn't pretty - I've got a few thousand KOIN and the price is stable, but maybe just stacking ETH is a good idea!

Portugal is great, going to try and get my residency sorted out tomorrow, at least go and make enquiries!
