What Do You Think About Failure and Barrier?

When you make a plan, you think about what would happen in the future, and how you are going to deal with that. You see other people are doing better following something, it does not mean you will get the same result if you follow that. 

When you execute your plan, you know whether it works or not. When you get feedback, you can adjust or revised your course of action accordingly. There are some obstacles and you failed on something, it does not mean you will not do well next time Maybe you are not doing well now, but that's not the full story. You can do better.
