When you enter into the interview room, make sure that you greet them, and make a good first impression. It is very important. First impressions stay their mind, interviewers think about you from that impression, and in the whole interview they are trying to justify that.

I know that it is easier said than done.  Try to stay calm in the job interview. If you are nervous, it will show on your body language. Telling yourself that you are the one they need in their company. You are here to solve their problem. So keep calm and answer their questions.

The last but not least, you should be focused, authentic and confident. Make eye contact while you are talking. You do not have to be someone else, just be yourself. Let your personality come out in the interview. Be confident what you are saying. They want to hire someone who is authentic, focused and confident.
