Let's look at the situation where one attacker grabs your neck from behind, someone grabs your hands and the other attacker keeps punching you. So what would you do in that situation? First of all, try your best not to end up in a situation like this. If it happens, that is, one attacker grabs your neck, someone keeps punching while the other attacker grabs your hands. 

Now the question is, who should you attack first in order to defend yourself? Well, it depends. You can release your hands, then defend against the attacker who punches you and then deal with the attacker who grabs your neck.

Now if the attacker grabs your neck and puts pressure on it, you will find it hard to breathe, and you will not get the power to fight back. You can take the punch who is punching. The attacker who grabs your hands, you do not feel pain because of that, he just prevents you to fight back.

Here, first of all, you have to stop the attacker who grabs your neck and puts pressure. Your legs are open, you can hit the attacker's foot who is behind you. This is going to be painful. He cannot grab your neck tight. Then drop your chin, and make it tight so that he cannot choke you. 

You can release your hands, hit the attacker who is behind you, and brings him in front of you. Now you can use him as a shield and fight with other attackers.
