Sometimes I talk about self-defense techniques that other people show. I share my opinion about the specific moves for self-defense. When I do not think that's effective to defend yourself, I write about that. I also write about what alternative techniques you can use to defend yourself in that situation.

One person does not know everything. Similarly, you cannot find everything in one martial art. Every martial art has something unique. You need to explore more to learn. You see martial art master learn from each other and share different things.

No disrespect to any martial arts or martial artist. I respect other martial artists. If you always think that you are martial art is the best and other martial arts are nothing, you cannot keep learning. You need to keep the door open to learn and explore new things.

Always respect your martial art instructor. Sometimes you might not understand why your instructor tells you to practice something. Later you will understand the implication of that move.

You cannot learn everything at a time. You need to spend time and learn martial art step by step. Patience is very important when it comes to learning martial arts. If you do not have patience, you will give up learning martial arts. So have patience and keep learning martial arts.
