Sometimes we see that some innocent people are being attacked. They are the good guys, still, they are being attacked. You find no reason for that. Whether you understand it or not, most of the time there are some reasons for attacks.

To defend yourself against any attack, it is very important to understand the attackers' intention. We know about intercepting the punch, intercepting the kick. In a real-life, if you are able to intercept the attackers' intention, you can defend yourself.

If the attacker intends to take your money, you can give him your money. If he wants your phone or anything valuable, you can give it to him. Hope the attacker will walk away after getting that although there is no guarantee.

If the attacker is a kidnapper and wants to kidnap you, giving your money will not help you. All he wants is to kidnap you and then he has some other plans. You can distract him by giving your money and make your move to defend yourself.

The most important thing is, as soon as you realize that the attacker wants to kidnap you, your focus should be stopping him from doing that. The attacker might get close to you from behind and suddenly grabs your mouth and hands. Then he will take you away from there.

If you can scream, you can do that to draw other people's attention. You can ask for help. But when the attacker grabs your mouth, you cannot scream. If you can bite the attacker's hand, you can do that. Use your surroundings as your advantages to defend yourself.
