Sometimes we are really busy. Most of the time, when we say we are too busy to do any specific task, are we really too busy? 

Maybe you do not like to do something or you think that's not important. So you just try to avoid that saying you are too busy. If you think something is really important or you have to do it, you will find a way to do that. We all have the same 24 hours a day. So you have to find the time to do that task in that time frame.
