When you do anything, you want to do that effectively and efficiently. In this video, I talked about how you can increase your productivity at work. You should track the time you spend on the task. It gives you a better idea of how much time you actually spend. You can limit the time if that's unnecessary to do that task.

It is better to take regular breaks. You can pay your full attention to work after taking a break. You can set self-imposed deadlines and give up on the illusion of perfection. It seems you can do a lot of things when you do multitask. As a matter of fact, you cannot pay full attention to different tasks at the same time. You can work faster when you do a single thing at a time. In order to increase productivity, you should reduce distractions and set small goals.

These tips are great. Time is money, so checking what you do with time, will help you see if it's worth it and if you are productive. Point two about break is true also, if we work although without rest, our efficiency goes down because soon we become so burnt out. How are you doing? Nice work here

Hi @rezoanulvibes ,I agree with the part you say about doing one thing at a time , we focus and the results are better , I like to prioritize my activities , but sometimes unexpected things appear and that is where our work could increase if we do not give it the time needed for each activity to be carried out,
