Do you have a separate space to eat lunch at your office? If not, you usually eat lunch at your desk. So what you have lunch at your desk, you should follow some rules. In this video, I talked about that. 

When you eat lunch, make sure that it is lunchtime. There is a lunch break, and you should eat lunch at that time. If you eat lunch before lunch break or after finishing lunchtime, it looks odds. Your desk can be messy when you eat lunch. So you should clean your desk properly after finishing your lunch.

The topics you cover in your video is very helpful for the corporate world that's why I like to watch in videos. I have come to know some etiquettes of lunch. Most importantly the timing which you mentioned is really important because I had a bitter experience of it. If we don't follow the lunch time then not only the call its can be hampered but also the customers. I was a customer in a bank and faced such a situation because couple of employees where at lunch after the lunch time so in that time I have to wait more than one and half an hour. This is very odd practice. When we don't have separate room for lunch then we need to follow these etiquettes very consciously specially the silent or switch off the mobile phone as you mentioned. Thank you very much

No, brother, I don't sit at a separate desk to eat at noon. In fact, I don't have much time to leave the desk. This  is why I sit at my desk and have lunch. Yes, I always try to do this and I try to keep my table clean and tidy.
