Hello Hivers.. Welcome to my blog!! Taking care of a baby snail is quite different from taking care of an adult snail, baby's nails require more care and time so that they won't die easily. In order to achieve this I have to create a nesting box, where Iām going to introduce my baby snails to and take care of them separately from the adults snail. The nesting box can be made with different materials ranging from plastic wood zinc etc. I choose to make mine from a plywood because it is and available material in my disposal to use.    (https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/rheda/23x1BcQCTxLRn3vPWSfQXgevy9UgnnxR3WpwjztQrpMU2jAA8tiPP8JD63eXevqSbqVfR.jpg)      So I got a couple of plywoods with some nails on wood I made a box measuring 2 feet in length and 1feet in breath the height was 1.5 feet. This was ideal for me because of the space I have available to introduce the nesting box to. the nesting box will still be in the pen we have created for the snails, so it's still going to house the nesting box.   So after creating the nesting box, I then had to put in some soil this is so that they they eggs that are not yet hatched will be buried in the soil lightly so that the hatching process will take place normally.    After that I introduced some dried leaves just on top of the soil, this is so that the newly hatched baby snails would find something to eat immediately after consuming their shell, and looking for something else to eat instead of eating the unhatched eggs and causing it not to turn to baby snails.
