Shipping is big to any country, with some industries contributing massively to the economy. Unfortunately, shipping companies loose up to $5.7 billion dollars yearly because of system inefficiencies and poor processes. 
The GSCP was founded to help alleviate this problem by coming up with a blockchain that is to make key processes related to global handling of containers more efficient. 
Here is how it will work; Let’s say a ship delivers a ton of freight at the Perth harbour, if the system isn't in check, the ship will come back all the way carrying an empty container which is very expensive in the long run. It is GSCP's task to use its distributed network chain to find more cost-effective ways to handle these containers whether it is by leasing them out to another courier or finding the container a shorter route.

GSCP is currently developing its platform, with two tokens in existence. The company has the CPT: Internal token and the CCC: External token. I know you might wonder why two? See the founders are trying to avoid a scenario where the token gets too popular it loses its direction, as is the case for bitcoin which started out with a simple intention of being a currency that can be used to make payments and growing so popular to become a digital asset.
So, the CCC will function as a digital asset; whereby it will be the one that gets traded to raise money to fuel GSCP whereas the CPT:Token will be used conduct business within the ecosystem. CPT’s are basically utility tokens developed to work the same way bitcoin was supposed to, allow members of the system to handle clearing and settlement transactions smoothly.
CPT also, will be the primary currency for smart-contracts and be easily separated from the platform to be left forth to become the primary method of transacting business within the shipping industry. Through a loaning perspective, well off institutions can give away a credit for interest to struggling ones to make things work.

The external token was developed to raise funds to further develop GSCP. The CCC tokens can be used to make important strategic acquisition and can also be used to create new containers for leasing. CCC is a unique token because it has several very important features built in that are advantageous to holders of the coin. Through the revenue share coin, the platform will award holders of CCC with a significant percentage of gross revenue made from the transactions. It is a win-win situation for both holders of the token and BlockShipping as a company.

GSCP is inviting everybody to register on the ICO webpage and take part in their public sale. A total of 50 million CCC tokens will be made available for purchase using either Bitcoins, Ether or fiat through bank transfer.
