Community Goals: How We Define Them And Stick To Them On Steemit.

The ability to speak is a shortcut to distinction. It puts a person in the limelight, raises one's head and shoulders above the crowd. It is very good to get out of mental rut, think new thoughts, acquire new visions and discover new ambitions.

A movement of STEEMIT EDUCATION has been sweeping over the continent. And the most spectacular force in that movement is @ned, a man who listened to and critiqued more talks by the populace.

Before you can have a person or group buy into your idea, you will need to reach an agreement as to what exactly is to be done, by whom, where it is to be done, etc. Intelligibly highlight the initiatives, gather relevant information and evidences and inculcate the opinions of others. Consensus has to be reached after series of positional bargaining. Positional bargaining is when a side presents a case and the other party counters it with a stronger argument favoring his own stance.

### Visualize yourself achieving the Steemit Community Goals
Big dreams can feel fantastic — especially if they require real lifestyle shift. There’s a positive side, though: You can be certain you’ll feel radically different when you achieve them. Whenever your motivation wanes, visualize how accomplished you’ll feel when you reach the last part.

### "Weigh now against later" When You Set Your Goals
*In the moment, it can be enticing to prance an early morning workout in favor of sleeping in, or dig into the snacks and dip when you ought to eat a good meal*. When you’re relying on pure tenacity to do (or not do) something, try to consider how much long-term happiness you’ll get out of it. Compare that tempting, yet fleeting satisfaction to the success you’ve visualized and suddenly it’s far less appealing.

### Create accountability.
Try talking to fellow steemians about what you need to do to accomplish your goals, then set a deadline and report back on your progress. For many people, it’s important to feel accountable to someone other than yourself — and we can create the same motivation through groups. Do follow ups on newbies, let them feel at home and be sincere in all your endeavours especially when you answering FAQs.

# Steemit Ghana and how We Want To Stick To Our Goals

Steemit Ghana community is growing rapidly. we want to train steemians who will in turn render services at their respective positions to newbies. @richforever , @tj4real, @anaman, @mcsamm , @kwakumax, @collinz, @ryankofi, @odsam2, @onyameakoa1, @jakemore are controlling affairs at their current locations across the country.
Consensus has been reached on a meet up this December (date yet to be fixed) to discuss the future of the Ghana Community and the prospects of #Steemit. The outcome of the meeting will be made known publicly.

The more we research the benefits of STEEMIT, the more we see it as a magic pill. Not only does it increase our IQ in finance and mental performance, it improves our mood and zeal to strive for excellence.
