Welcome to my blog.

English and Spanish are not my birth languages, however, since I was a little girl I felt a passion for learning them and I have been doing it all my life without academies and on my own.

One of the things that have helped me the most has been listening to music in the aforementioned languages and watching TV series. Recently while surfing the waters of Youtube I found this video that I think is super useful to improve pronunciation, achieve some fluency and even learn how to compose sentences properly.

It is a documentary produced and popularized by the streaming company Netflix where we can observe the wonders of nature and animal life of our planet, however, due to the wonderful narration made by Fredrick Attenborough, we can also get from it many more benefits.

The first time I saw the documentary I was able to correct the bad way I have been pronouncing the word "forests" all my life. What I do is turn on the English subtitles so I can read the words and make a direct connection to the sounds. I hope this helps you as much as it did me.

Una de las cosas que más me han ayudado ha sido escuchar música en los citados idiomas y ver series de televisión. Recientemente navegando por las aguas de Youtube encontré este video que me parece súper útil para mejorar la pronunciación, lograr cierta fluidez e incluso aprender a componer frases correctamente.

Es un documental producido y popularizado por la empresa de streaming Netflix donde podemos observar las maravillas de la naturaleza y la vida animal de nuestro planeta, sin embargo, debido a la maravillosa narración realizada por Fredrick Attenborough, también podemos obtener de él muchos más beneficios.

La primera vez que vi el documental pude corregir la mala forma en que he estado pronunciando la palabra "forests" toda mi vida. Lo que hago es poner los subtítulos en inglés para poder leer las palabras y hacer una conexión directa con los sonidos. Espero que esto te ayude tanto como a mí.
