Start

Every beginning makes us feel a little scared because we have to get out of our comfort zone, whether we want to or not. No matter how small it may be, human beings tend to feel comfortable in routine. This leads us to start postponing again and again what we know we should do but do not dare to do for some reason.

If we want to move forward or achieve a goal we have to get used to the idea that it is necessary to overcome fear and stop procrastinating. To achieve this we can divide the task into small actions so that it is not so overwhelming, but simply starting even with something small will bring us closer to what we want so much.

Comienza

Todo comienzo nos hace sentir un poco de miedo porque tenemos que salir de nuestra zona de confort, queramos o no. Por pequeño que sea, el ser humano tiende a sentirse cómodo en la rutina. Esto nos lleva a empezar a posponer una y otra vez lo que sabemos que debemos hacer pero no nos atrevemos a hacer por alguna razón.

Si queremos avanzar o conseguir un objetivo tenemos que hacernos a la idea de que es necesario vencer el miedo y dejar de procrastinar. Para conseguirlo podemos dividir la tarea en pequeñas acciones para que no sea tan abrumadora, pero el simple hecho de empezar aunque sea por algo pequeño nos acercará a lo que tanto deseamos.
