<p>Maya Listing | It's messed up on Maya's side because it upgraded to incorporate the Arbitrum blockchain. Initially it was going to be listed on Wleo, which is an ethereum token, but the problem would be the high fees on Ethereum, which makes small transactions impossible. Therefore, with the incorporation of Arbitrum, there is the possibility of creating a new LEO token on Arbitrum to have this fee reduction, perhaps now it will be the ALEO token on Arbitrum. This will have an impact because the rates are cheaper. The listing will depend on Maya validators incorporating the update.</p>
<p>Hive Funds | Inleo is not receiving funding from Hive for development. The resource they were receiving was for marketing, but some people withdrew the proposal and stopped receiving it.</p>

<p>Relaunch of LeoDEX | It's another Inleo product from Hive Engine, where you can do everything possible with it, look at the tokens, stake... <p>Leo in Stake | Earns part of Inleo's ad revenue; increases your voting value within Inleo, increasing your reward; You will increase your rank (1000 is the lowest) and with this you can recommend some of your posts for curation. You will be able to exchange Hive for other networks through Maya with Leo. Shows commitment to the project. </p>
<p>Ad Revenue | It's a little lower than expected, because according to the Inleo team's calculations, the views and earnings are not corresponding. Vempromundo commented that impressions may be recorded, even with adblocks, making them not count.</p>

<p>Town Hall | HiveBR had a relevant participation in the Town Hall ama, which was a direct result of the threadcast that broke the record of more than 3000 comments, opening an opportunity to speak at the Town Hall at the invitation of the taskmaster, making people curious about find out more about HiveBR. TokenizedSociety spoke about the governance system, in which decisions are made by the group and are represented by Tokenized and Vempromundo in general. Leaving them very impressed. <p>Maya Listing | Está enrolado do lado da Maya, porque ela fez uma atualização para incorporar a blockchain da Arbitrum. Inicialmente ia ser listado em Wleo, que é um token ethereum, mas o problema seria as grandes taxas da Ethereum, que inviabiliza fazer pequenas transações. <p>Relançamento da LeoDEX | É um outro produto da Inleo da Hive Engine, que você pode fazer tudo que é possível nela, olhar os tokens, stake … Agora vai ter um relançamento, em que você poderá fazer as transações com o protocolo maya, virando uma bridge entre a Hive e todas as blockchains L1 e L2. E tivemos spoilers do token de que o front end é bem interessante.</p>

<p>Leo em Stake | Ganha parte da receita de anúncios da Inleo; aumenta o seu valor de voto dentro da Inleo, aumentando sua recompensa; Você vai subindo seu rank (1000 é o menor) e com isso pode recomendar alguns posts seus para curadoria. Vai conseguir trocar Hive para outras redes atraves da Maya com o Leo. Mostra o comprometimento com o projeto. </p>
<p>Receita de Anúncio | Está um pouco abaixo do esperado, porque pelos calculos da equipe da Inleo as views e os ganhos não estão correspondendo. O vempromundo comentou que pode ser que as impressões sejam registradas, mesmo com adblocks, fazendo não contar.</p>
<p>Outras Informações | Pode ter que tenha airdrop da Inleo baseado em volume de transação. Talvez propor liquidez para cacau/LEO possa ganhar airdrops, mas isso não está confirmado. HTML voltou a funcionar na Inleo. Delegações 13%, 15% e no máximo 16% para o HP delegado.</p>

<p>Town Hall | A HiveBR teve uma participação relevante no ama do Town Hall, que foi um resultado direto do threadcast que bateu o recorde de mais de 3000 comentários, abrindo uma oportunidade de falar no Town Hall pelo convite do taskmaster, fazendo com que as pessoas tivessem curiosidade em saber mais sobre a HiveBR. O tokenizedsociety falou sobre o sistema de governança, em que as decisões são tomadas pelo grupo e são representadas pelo tokenized e o vempromundo no geral. Deixando eles bem impressionados. No fim o token fez um desafio para as outras comunidades também engajarem nos threads. O importante é continuar progredindo.</p>

<p>O importante é continuar fazendo threadcast e os thread days, para ficar sendo visto e termos mais oportunidades. O interessante é que temos cada vez mais usuários chegando na comunidade, tendo a participação do @oravla por exemplo no ama. Haverá uma live na twich com o jaopalas, sendo que na última ele fez alguns cortes para criar conteúdo para as redes da hiveBR nas Web2. Ainda, haverá um ama da CoinEx na hivebr para apresentar um pouco da exchange e depois no dia 24 a galera da hivebr vai no telegram deles.</p>

<p> O que ganha com o AMA? Conhecimento do que está acontecendo na Hive, responde as dúvidas da galera.
