➤ My time in Counter Strike 1.6 has been quite long, I could easily say that I have been playing it for more than 10 years, first I started playing it for fun and because it is a fascinating game, until I discovered the competitive game mode and I wanted to venture into it.

➤ Along with a lot of time and practice I managed to become a very good player, I always watched videos of how those professional players played before, to learn, inspire me and try to be like them. Currently on Steam, the original platform of the game, I have more than 3000 hours calculated, although I had been playing the game for many years in a non-original way.

➤ I became very good at it and started to participate in different tournaments and reward matches organized by certain communities, playing for already created teams. Until one day I decided to create my own team, which I named BHC (*Bounty Hunter'S Company*). I did it together with all the friends I had already obtained previously in the game. We became quite a professional team, a very organized team. We spent hours and hours of practice, we even took a whole day, practicing among ourselves, practicing strategies on each map, practicing our aim, our movements, the way we threw grenades, the rush we were going to do, each thing we practiced to perfection and we placed the position and the type of weapon that each one was going to take according to each round and the availability of money in the game. Since 4 years ago that I forged that team and I have been playing with my friends in it, the coordination and balance that we created has been the one that in most cases has given us the victory.

➤ As for my own practice, I would spend upwards of 4-6 hours practicing intensely on maps designed to improve accuracy, or to practice moves and what most know as "wallbang". And I was constantly playing competitive games on random servers. And another thing was to learn to control the feelings I had, in this case, talking about anger and nervousness, many times that causes our lack of concentration and that we lose because of it. Another fact is that even with a member of my team, we played two against 20 bots in the highest difficulty, until we won a round.

➤ Between my team and I played countless tournaments, "important" matches and versus against other outstanding teams of my nation, and even from other nations, even going as far as making bets. I have gained a lot thanks to this game, apart from fun moments, the feeling that I am very good at something and that I have put a lot of effort into it.

➤ In each of the servers and communities in which I constantly entered I was fully recognized, and many knew my name and the skill I possessed, both me and my whole team. What made the other teams belonging to those communities constantly asked to face mine. And, I can proudly say that in most cases we have been victorious, even with quite high stakes of background money.

➤ The practice time, perseverance and dedication that has to be given to reach a high level of play is not easy, it is many hours of play, many hours of frustration even. Learning every detail, the weapons, the damage, the maps, the economy system, the movement, what is known as "recoil", which for many is the most complicated. Every position of every map and every perfect way to perform the strategies, the rusheos, or to cover the sites. Even throwing a grenade wrong can cost us a round when it is reached at a too organized level of play.

➤ With a track record of more than 10 years in Counter Strike, and going for more in Global Offensive, hoping to have the opportunity to become an esport player there, and to improve my skills more and more. It's really quite a great thing, and it feels great when you achieve something based on your own effort, and especially when you like the game so much, when you do it out of passion. I recommend you to give yourself a chance to covert yourself in the adventure of becoming the best in a game, you never know how much you can win thanks to it, the odds are never zero.

➤ Mi tiempo en el Counter Strike 1.6 ha sido bastante largo, fácilmente podría decir que llevo más de 10 años jugándolo, primero comencé a jugarlo por diversión y porque la verdad es un juego fascinante, hasta que descubrí el modo de juego competitivo y quise aventurarme a ello.

➤ Junto a mucho tiempo y práctica logré convertirme en un muy buen jugador, siempre veía los videos de como jugaban aquellos jugadores profesionales de antes, para aprender, inspirarme e intentar ser como ellos. ➤ Llegué a ser muy bueno y comencé a participar en distintos torneos y partidos con recompesas organizados por ciertas comunidades, jugando para equipos ya creados. Hasta que un día tomé la decisión de crear mi propio equipo, al cual nombré como  BHC (*Bounty Hunter'S Company*). Lo hice junto a todos los amigos que ya había obtenido anteriormente en el juego. Nos convertimos en un equipo bastante profesional, un equipo muy organizado. Pasábamos horas y horas de práctica, hasta llegábamos a tomar un día entero, practicando entre nosotros, practicando estrategias en cada mapa, practicando nuestro aim, nuestros movimientos, la forma en que lanzábamos las granadas, los rush que íbamos a hacer, cada cosa la prácticabamos a la perfección y situábamos la posición y el tipo de arma que cada uno iba a tomar según cada ronda y la disponibilidad del dinero en el juego. Desde hace 4 años que forjé ese equipo y llevo jugando con mis amigos en él, la coordinación y balance que llegamos a crear ha sido la que en la mayoría de los casos nos ha otorgado la victoria.

➤ En cuanto a mi propia práctica, pasaba hasta más de 4-6 horas prácticando intensamente en mapas diseñados para mejorar la precisión, o para prácticar movimientos y lo que la mayoría conoce como "wallbang". Y jugaba constantemente en partidas competitivas en servidores aleatorios. Y otra cosa era aprender a controlar los sentimientos que poseía, en este caso, hablando de enojo y el nerviosismo, muchas veces eso provoca nuestra desconcentración y que perdamos gracias a ello. Otro dato es que incluso con algún miembro de mi equipo, jugábamos dos contra 20 bots en la máxima dificultad, hasta ganar alguna ronda.

➤ Entre mi equipo y yo jugamos infinidades de torneos, de partidos "importantes" y versus contra otros equipos destacables de mi nación, e incluso de otras naciones, llegando hasta a hacer apuestas. He ganado bastante gracias a este juego, aparte de momentos divertidos, del sentimiento de que soy muy bueno en algo y que me he esforzado en ello.

➤ En cada uno de los servidores y comunidades en las que entraba constantemente era totalmente reconocido, ya muchos conocían mi nombre y la habilidad que poseía, tanto yo como todo mi equipo. Lo que hacía que los otros equipos pertenecientes a esas comunidades constantemente pidieran enfrentarse ante el mío. Y, orgullosamente puedo decir que en la mayoría de los casos hemos obtenido la victoria, incluso con apuestas bastante elevadas de dinero de trasfondo.

➤ El tiempo de práctica, la constancia y la dedicación que se le tiene que dar para alcanzar un nivel de juego elevado no es nada fácil, son muchas horas de juego, muchas horas de frustración incluso. Aprendiendo cada detalle, de las armas, de los daños, los mapas, el sistema de economía, del movimiento, de lo que es conocido como el "recoil", que para muchos es lo más complicado. Cada posición de cada mapa y cada forma perfecta para realizar las estrategias, los rusheos, o para cubrir los sites. Incluso lanzar mal una granada puede costarnos una ronda cuando se alcanza a un nivel de juego demasiado organizado.

➤ Con una trayectoría de más de 10 años en el Counter Strike, y yendo a por más en el Global Offensive, esperando tener la oportunidad de convertirme en un jugador esport de allí, y de mejorar cada vez más mis habilidades. De verdad que es algo bastante grandioso, y se siente muy bien cuando logras algo en base a tu propio esfuerzo, y sobre todo cuando el juego les gusta tanto, cuando lo hacen por pasión. Les recomiendo darse una oportunidad a ustedes mismos para encubrirse en la aventura de hacerse los mejores en un juego, nunca se sabe cuánto pueden ganar gracias a ello, las probabilidades nunca son cero.
