写在“月旦评”第九期第2轮作品推荐后的一些思考

<p>　　周五下午的时候，按照惯例，我会在晚上前将这周“月旦评”各位老师们推荐的作品整理并发布出来。晚上吃过饭时，我看到大家在群里聊天，提到了之前公众投票相关问题，我还是本着多听下大家的意见，避免因为自己太过早说出自己的看法影响大家表达自己的意见。</p>

<p>　　对于公众投票包括好友投票事情，我讲下自己的看法。<br>
</p>
<p>　　这个联合投票一事，我个人以为，一则我们先前没有明文规定不准互相投票，所以的确不能说对方行为就违规等。<br>
</p>
<p>　　二来在steemit上创作，也确实跟纯粹的创作有点差异，更确切说，steemit上不仅是创作文章，也融合了社交互动<br>
</p>
<p>　　所以我个人的看法是，法无禁止则自由，如果不是一个人恶意多个账户投票，群友或者好友之间投票，也是允许的。<br>
</p>
<p>　　对于提议商议设立评委推荐奖，我开始觉的这恶搞提议也不错，比如我们是否可以考虑每月再设立个新的比如最佳评委推荐奖？但是这样是否会增加各位评委老师的负担，在同大家商议后，我们还是决定暂时不做这个决定。<br>

<p>　　对于我们从本期开始将要执行的评委统一打分取平均分，@breathewind 讲了自己的担心，担心小众评委的口味一统一一打分取平均分就没有了。我个人的回答是，评委老师推荐入围，其实就已经完成了主要的发现优秀作品工作。只是为了避免大众过于偏颇，所以我们才引入了评委打分和公众投票，目的是为了更为公平些。<br>

<p>　　对于评委取平均分，是为了避免打分有时的有些随意性，而公众投票也是为了将大众的阅读口味和评判吸纳进来，力求“月旦评”选出来的优秀作品更加符合大家的喜好。<br>
</p>
<p>　　另外，每个评委打分高低不同其实没关系，通过均分后其实取的是平均值，也就是说，如果一个评委一直打高分或低分，都是允许的，这个是个人的评判标准，通过平均值一样能取到合理的分数。如果设立范围，一则加大大家负担，二来最后可能会为了公正而演变成为一团和气，反而不利于发挥。<br>

<p>　　所以对于评委老师们的打分，我更希望是放开对大家的束缚，每个人自由选择，因为还有平均分和公众投票。<br>
</p>
<p>　　其实说到底，任何制度和约束都没有最好的，但只要有不断完善，不断改进，就会做的更好。同样的，发现问题也并不一定是坏事，最坏的事情就是看到了不去管不去问。。。那可能才是最糟糕的事 。</p>

月旦評發展得越來越專業，投票環節加入了社交方面的影響，可能選出的作品會依作者的社交能力而產生變化，可是這也考驗了作者對月旦評的重視程度，是否願意為了最後的評選結果拉票。也很高興看到月旦評的評分標準越來越往公平的方向調整。

其实我觉得入围以后的投票环节是考验每个入围者的社交能力。公众投票也不会真的一篇篇文章看过去，他们只会投给自己认识的。

讲真…现在每天看完feed里面的关注人的文章，都要花掉起码两三个小时😂所以花时间去读别的作品，真的挺少的，除非标题一看就是我喜欢的类型

The second is to write on steemit, which is really a bit different from pure creation. More precisely, steemit is not only an article of writing but also a social interaction.

So my personal opinion is that the law is free if it is not banned, and if it is not a person who has voted in multiple accounts in bad faith, voting among friends or friends is also allowed.

For the proposed deliberation and setting up of the jury recommendation, I began to think that this spoof proposal is also good, such as whether we can consider setting up a new one such as the best judging recommendation? However, whether this will increase the burden on the judges and teachers, and after consulting with everyone, we decided not to make this decision for the time being.

In addition, it doesn’t matter if each judge scores differently. After averaging, the average is taken. That is to say, if a judge consistently plays a high score or a low score, it is permissible. This is an individual’s judging criterion. The average can be a reasonable score. If the scope is set up, one will increase the burden on everyone, and secondly, it may eventually evolve into a regimen of harmony for the sake of justice, and it will not be conducive to its exertion.

So, for the judges of the judges, I would like to release the bondage to everyone. Everyone is free to choose because there are also average points and public votes.

In fact, in the final analysis, any system and constraints are not the best, but as long as they are continuously improved and continuously improved, they will do better.
