辦活動總是辛苦，對於怕辛苦的我，於是跟大偉提出請辭，但他執意留我，所以改成我暫時停止評委任務，即日起生效
。

哈哈，實情是我最近幾個月會需要專注在個人一些事情上面，怕耽誤了評委工作，所以才請辭的。也已經告知各位評委，要更辛苦他們了（如果沒有增補人的話）。

大伟哥， @jubi的随机幸运奖也增加了人员得奖的机会，其实最重要的是参与其中，但是增设几个奖项选择可能会调动大家积极性。我个人觉得按照大伟哥说的根据vote和金额的话还可以增设最受欢迎作者或者利益最大作者。
其实最主要的目的是增加更多的新人来steemit，比如新用户首次注册成功且参加月旦评的前十名可获2sbd奖励。
都是自己的一些推广想法了，可能有所不当。

@hannahwu 放弃奖励值得称赞！她毕竟是组委会的，在拉票和人脉方面可能会有一些便利，还是应该要避嫌。

我本人也是这么做的，我从来没有参赛本系列比赛，我得奖了，可能会被认为是评委的便利，我要是没有得奖，还会让自己有可能失落，或者让别人觉得我写得不认真……

Hi @rivalhw, Your efforts to diversify Steemit Chinese Community are commendable. However, the way you're continuously spreading _awesomeness_ make me feel as if you can expand your services to bigger community.  

This post has earned $139.57 and my understanding is that this is going to the winner's account. Another proof that you're very generous at your heart regardless of whether this is your marketing strategy to earn more success. This is still rare at Steemit. 

Whatever you're doing is an example for thousands of the beginners Steemians from China to model and practice and eventually embrace struggle. So, keep it up man. You got my _unconditional_ support.
