today I report about the service **smartsteem** and **smartmarket** from @therealwolf and @artbunny.

I'll start with the services that come with. Here I will explain the points, what it contains and what it brings for Steemit users.
Splitted into **Smartsteem** and **Smartmarket**:

### Services Smartsteem

#### Vote-Selling
With Vote-Selling you can **sell** your daily Vote-Power over the platform[Smartsteem-SellVotes](https://smartsteem.com?r=rivalzzz) (attention, reflink :) ), by logging in with Steem-Connect v2 and under your settings (click on your profile picture > Settings) you have the following settings:

##### A short explanation of the settings

```Voting Power Trehshold``` 
means, the sale of your votes takes place as in the picture above only up to 80%. If your voting power is below 80%, your votes will not be sold and will be waited until you reach 80% again.


---

```Payout your Profit automatically```
Here you can set whether your SBD/Steem, which you have received for the sale of your votes, should be paid out automatically - if so, you can still set how often this should happen (the regulator goes from 1 - 7 days, therefore can only be collected at smartsteem).


---

```Your Profit Percentage```
By selling your voting power you get 85% back at the moment. If you like the service, you can correct the slider down here and thus support the service!


---

``` Vote User Selection```
At this point you can set to which **User** you want to sell your voting power. Either to all users - this is how I have set it up - or you can enter users by yourself, who will be automatically voted.
**SmartScore Stars** is an integrated service from Smartsteem. At the moment **816** users are registered here, who are in a **Whitelist**. I will report on this in more detail in a further step below.

You have to allow the voting process through the posting role on Smartsteem, you can also find this point under the settings.

### Save settings and "enable" the voting process 
After you have saved the settings, set the slider to **Enabled** and the vote sale starts immediately.

##### Under your profile you can now see in the lower part of the page to whom you have sold your vote and how much it has earned you!

#### Sell your SteemPower to Smartsteem

You already have SteemPower and don't want to vote with it, but want to rent it out?
With the delegation service of Smartsteem you can send your power to the @smartsteem Bid-Bot and increase the VotingPower of SmartSteem and profit with it!
Here is an example of how your earnings can look like for a delegation:

As an example you see a delegation of 2.500 SteemPower to the @smartsteem BidBot. Currently, $1.96 a day will jump out here for you as a profit. As the SBD/Steem price fluctuates, the price is also corrected upwards and downwards here.

### Services at Smartmarket

##### Buy Votes via Smartmarket
You made a great post and want to upgrade it? With the **Votesbuying** service on Smartsteem(Smartmarket) you can buy votes for your posts directly on the [Smartsteem.com](https://smartsteem.com?r=rivalzzz) website.
After you are logged in, you will see the **"Buy Votes "** button as the first item in the menu item under **Services**.
Follow the link and you will reach the following page:

**Examplesettings:**
First you enter the link of your post, which you want to see "upgraded".

Below you enter the user (usually yourself) who pays for the upvotes either in SBD or Steem.

Here you see now, how much (in my example 25 SBD)
that will be worth the upvote that gets on your post.

Click on **Buy Votes Now** to get to the screen for entering the payment for the SBD/Steem:

In the end, this function is the same as if you were doing it directly on Steemit.com via your "Wallet"

Once you've done the transaction, you'll usually see the upvote on your mail in seconds.

#### Bid-Bot on Steembottracker.com 

Furthermore, as already mentioned above, the service offers the bid-bot on SteembotTracker.com, which is used very often in most cases. Here is a sample picture from a last vote round of the bid-bot:

### WhiteList 
As a first service SmartSteem offers users the possibility to register in the whitelist program. Here the posts of Steemians are checked, evaluated and thus one receives a "score", which is interesting for the Vote Selling range. So if you write high-quality posts and sign up to the whitelist, you not only increase your own reach, but also users who only sell their VotePower to whitelisted users - so vote on your posts as well.

#### Blacklist

The blacklist should also be mentioned: Here users are listed who want to manipulate the system of Smartsteem.

### Conclusion

I don't have enough SteemPower myself to try out the delegation, but I have already used the service of Smartmarket several times to have posts upvalued by myself or great posts from others. 
I have also used the Vote Sales Service and can recommend it to make "sensible" use of VotePower in my absence. Many already know the system of vote purchase/sale and delegation from other services; however I can recommend Smartsteem with a good and best conscience, because the service is also interested in great content on the blockchain through the **Whitelist** and also rewards it accordingly.

For me a very great project, which has been wonderfully implemented by our German Whitness @therealwolf and is constantly being expanded.
