Jolesch Berlin - an Austrian Restaurant and vinothek

Hey, Steemians,

today I'm once again taking part in a Tasteem action. This time it's about describing the best restaurant you visited this year. Okay, there were many visited restaurants but one thing I have to present to you:

## Jolesch - restaurant| vinothek | austrian

When I was at a Christmas party in Berlin last week, I already knew that the restaurant would be an Austrian one for the occasion. Early on I was looking forward to enjoying a Schnitzel Vienna style.

But now to the restaurant what it offered me, I divide it once into the areas Vinothek and restaurant.

## Vinothek

Perhaps one of the largest wine selections in Berlin, **Jolesch** offers a breathtaking selection of wines. There is something for every wine connoisseur. Since I am not the great wine expert, but was very complex about the selection, I had to ask the host about his wine affection, and he told me that wines mostly come from Austria. Here is something about his wines:


>The wine country Austria has developed excellently since the 80s. Winegrowers from all wine regions have secured their place among the world's best. With a long tradition and innovative production methods, wines are created that have a great regional autonomy.

### Traditional restaurant from Austria 

After a few welcome drinks, the starter was served at the tables. 
Among other things there was a fine pickled salmon and also a duck liver parfait with quince jelly. ( see photos )

The main course, and I must say it was incredibly tasty, consisted of the **breast and leg of the Martins goose**, in addition was garnished cranberry red cabbage, kale, potato dumplings, a baked apple and orange spice jus.

### Dessert

The dessert was again a last highlight in the evening. A **Viennese apple strudel** skilfully rounded off the evening and on the way home offers a last pleasurable memory on the tongue.

## Conclusion

The visit was of deliciousness hardly to be surpassed in this year. Everything was put together finely and served in the best way. The goose was very very tasty and the side dishes very beautifully prepared and tasty. A further visit is certain in any case!
