En esta ocasión les presento un tutorial para la elaboración de una herramienta bastante práctica y útil para los que trabajan la repostería.
Se trata de Un ***Cortador Súper Preciso para Pasteles***.

La elaboración de esta herramienta surgió de momento, resulta qué mi esposa se encuentra desarrollando su emprendimiento en el cual se dedica a elaborar mini cakes.
Pero un cliente pidió una torta de 1 kilogramo, por lo tanto el diámetro de la torta sería más grande. Los minicake nos estábamos cortando con un cuchillo eléctrico porque es fácil de manejar.
Pero la hoja del cuchillo eléctrico no es lo suficientemente larga como para cortar el diámetro de la nueva torta.
Por lo tanto tuve qué idear este Cortador y en este momento les mostraré como lo hice.

El alambre de cobre esmaltado nos servirá de cortador, este tipo de alambre lo conseguimos en cualquier circuito electrónico, bien sea en un cargador dañado, en un bombillo que que no sirva,es decir es un material reciclado.
Es ideal porque su esmalte es como especie de un barniz, por lo tanto es fácil de limpiar una vez lo hemos utilizado.

Lo primero que haremos será tomar la medida del alambre antes de cortarlo, para esto nos servirá de guía la bandeja donde se va a elaborar la torta.
Bordeamos la bandeja con el alambre y dejamos un poco más largo las puntas para poder colocarle los mangos o sujetadores.
Los palitos de altura serán los sujetadores del alambre, de manera que podamos empuñar bien al momento de hacerle el corte al pastel.

**<sub>Elaborando los sujetadores con los palitos de altura</sub>**

Tomaremos un medida que nos resulte cómoda para nuestras manos, cortaremos el palito de altura con la tenaza y luego al tener los dos soportes, le haremos una muesca por todo el centro con la ayuda del cuchillo de serrucho.
Ésta muesca servirá para que el hijo de alambre no se deslice y se mantenga firme en el centro.

La forma es que lo utilizamos es bordeando la torta, colocamos el alambre en el segmento que deseamos cortar,luego cruzamos el alambre y vamos haciendo presión a medida que vamos haciendo más haciendo más pequeño el diámetro hasta llegar al centro de la torta.
