Un día como hoy pero de 1943, se publica la primera edición de El Principito del escritor francés Antonie de Saint-Exupéry, es por esa razón que he querido escribir algo relacionado en cierta forma con esta obra que es una de las más leídas de la historia de la literatura moderna.

A casi todos los niños le compraron este libro para leer, incluso es en muchos casos el primer libro que leyeron algunas personas en su infancia, sin embargo, la gente confunde esta obra con un simple cuanto de infantes por la forma en que está escrito y por sus ilustraciones, pero esta novela tiene como tema principal una crítica a la adultez y donde se tratan temas profundos como la soledad, la amistad, el amor y la pérdida.

En este artículo no voy a referirme a la obra como tal, no, de hecho hay miles de análisis, interpretaciones y artículos al respecto que pueden conseguirse en la web, incluso hay gente experta en esta novela. Lo que quiero es mostrar algo que mucha gente desconoce y que es interesante.

In this article I am not going to refer to the work as such, no, in fact, there are thousands of analyzes, interpretations, and articles about it that can be obtained on the web, there are even people who are experts in this novel. What I want is to show is something that a lot of people don't know about and that is interesting.

En 1974 el actor, bailarín, coreógrafo y director de cine Bob Fosse hizo una adapatación cinematográfica de El Principito donde hay una escena en la que una serpiente, caracterizada por el mismo Fosse, se le aparece al Principito, allí se establece una conversación parecida a la del cuento pero lo interesante es que Fosse viste de negro, con bombín y pantalones que le ajustados que le llegan a los tobillos que dejan ver unos calcetines blancos, Fosse allí hace una serie de movimientos y bailes mientras habla con el Principito.

>In 1974 the actor, dancer, choreographer, and film director Bob Fosse made a film adaptation of The Little Prince where there is a scene in which a snake, characterized by Fosse himself, appears to the Little Prince, there a conversation similar to the one in the story but the interesting thing is that Fosse wears black, with a bowler hat and tight pants that reach his ankles that reveal white socks, Fosse there makes a series of movements and dances while talking to the Little Prince.

Lo interesante de todo esto, es que la vestimenta, movimientos y bailes son muy parecidos a los que hacía famoso cantante Michael Jackson en sus bailes, es sorprendente el parecido, he investigado algo al respecto y todo indica que Jackson tomó mucho los movimientos de Fosse, con esto no quiero quitarle originalidad, para nada, al mítico cantante de música pop, simplemente quiero relacionar la inmortal obra de obra del escritor francés, Antonie de Saint-Exupéry, con otro gigante, pero esta vez de la música, Michael Jackson y además con otro hombre del espectáculo que es muy poco conocido como lo fue Bob Fosse.
