I remember many times having heard about this series and some friends had recommended it to me, and I must say that I have a lot to comment from different points, but I am going to do it unusually, since this 4th season has totally changed my perspective of the series, or rather it has confirmed something I was afraid of. So I'm going to do this review from the 4th season to the beginning of the season, to see if that way I get a happy ending, or much better than expected. 
>Recuerdo muchas veces haber escuchado sobre esta serie y algunos amigos me lo habian recomendado, y debo decir que tengo mucho que comentar desde diferentes puntos, pero lo voy a hacer de una forma no habitual, dado que esta 4ta temporada ha cambiado totalmente mi perspectiva de la serie, o más bien a confirmado algo que me temía. Así que voy a hacer esta reseña desde la 4ta temporada hasta el inicio de la misma, para ver si de ese modo obtengo un final feliz, o mucho mejor de lo esperado. 

I must describe this fourth season in two words and one sentence: "sex, whimsy and more of the same". First of all, I think the biggest mistake of this season is the new trio of actors they introduced, I mean, they are attractive and in a way, they adapted to their roles, but they did it so well, that they forgot that those roles were just another mistake. 
>Debo describir esta cuarta temporada en dos palabras y una oración"sexo, caprichos y más de lo mismo". Primero que todo, creo que el error mayor de esta temporada es el nuevo trío de actores que introdujeron, es decir, son atractivos y de cierto modo se adaptaron a sus roles, pero lo hicieron tan bien, que olvidaron que dichos roles simplemente eran otro error más.

I think they tried to make it look like they were three horsemen of chaos, but it was in a very forced way, to get out of the way, besides I was left with the bitter taste of only knowing the history of these three new characters. And to top it off, I reached a point where I also agreed with Andre, they only came to sow chaos, but in general, in Elite as a series, not in the story that was never told. 
>Creo que intentaron hacer ver que eran tres jinetes del caos, pero fue de una forma muy forzada, por salir del paso, aparte que me quedó el amargo gusto de saber solo por encima la historia de estos nuevos tres personajes. Y para colmo, llegue a un punto en que también estaba de acuerdo con Andre, solo llegaron para sembrar el caos, pero en general, en Elite como serie, no en la historia que nunca se contó. 

As I mentioned to them, it was all sex and much more rampant exo. Surely many heterosexuals enjoyed seeing so many tits in the air, that is, they did not even respect the line of imagination that they had been showing, I think this time the director surely had a few .... in the bathroom after filming because honestly, it was excessive. 
>Como les comenté, todo era sexo y mucho más exotismo desenfrenado. Seguramente muchos heterosexuales disfrutaron al ver tantas tetas al aire, es decir, ni siquiera respetaron la línea de imaginación que venían mostrando, creo que esta vez el director seguramente tuvo unos cuantos .... en el baño después de filmar, porque sinceramente fue excesivo. 

Among the new roles, an insecure girl who thinks she knows it all and not even her feelings are clear, on the other hand, a rebel who wants to be free but she herself ties chains to keep silent for fear ... fear of what? if you are a total rebel, that is, the most dramatic part of the new season was her. And finally, someone who also doesn't know what she wants, whether to help or continue to hurt because of her impulses and beliefs to have power and control over everything. In short, if they looked like the three horsemen of chaos, but one without a story. 
>Entre los nuevos roles, una chica insegura que cree saberlo todo y ni siquiera tiene claros sus sentimientos, por otro lado una rebelde que quiere ser libre pero ella misma se ata las cadenas para callar por miedo... ¿miedo a qué? si es una rebelde total, es decir, lo más dramático de la nueva temporada fue ella. Y por fin alguien que tampoco sabe lo que quiere, si ayudar o seguir haciendo daño por sus impulsos y creencias de tener poder y control sobre todo. En definitiva, si parecían los tres jinetes del caos, pero uno sin historia. 

When you watch the first chapter the first thing they make you think is.... "here it comes, another dead one" and you ask yourself the same questions as in the other previous seasons. Then you notice how rushed the breakup of a long-distance engagement was, which by the way was one of the only good things, but taking advantage of that, I can't forget the other role, a prince with a sexually depraved face. 
>Cuando ves el primer capítulo lo primero que te hacen pensar es.... "aquí viene, otro muerto" y te haces las mismas preguntas que en las otras temporadas anteriores. Luego te das cuenta de lo precipitado de la ruptura de un compromiso a distancia, que por cierto fue una de las únicas cosas buenas, pero aprovechando eso, no puedo olvidar el otro papel, un príncipe con cara de depravado sexual.

This prince basically leaves everything to your imagination. What I can say is that he is a sexually sick man spoiled by his mother who is also looking for freedom, who also falls in love but in a capricious way.
>Este príncipe básicamente deja todo a la imaginación. Lo que puedo decir es que es un enfermo sexual mimado por su madre que también busca la libertad, que también se enamora pero de forma caprichosa.

But here comes the BEST of the 4th season, the fact that the cleaning girl finally gave her place as a woman by not accepting the dirty things of people with power.  This is something I applaud a lot in this season because ever since she came to Elite she was seen as someone who will do anything to get what she wants. And let's say that in this season she was the only person in the whole series who did make changes, who made you feel for a moment that the series could take another direction much better than just the clash of powers, interests, and sex. 
>Pero aquí viene lo MEJOR de la 4ta temporada, el hecho de que la chica de la limpieza por fin dio su lugar como mujer al no aceptar las cochinadas de la gente con poder.  Esto es algo que aplaudo mucho en esta temporada, porque desde que llegó a Élite se la veía como alguien que haría cualquier cosa para conseguir lo que quiere. Y digamos que en esta temporada fue la única persona en toda la serie que sí hizo cambios, que te hizo sentir por un momento que la serie podía tomar otro rumbo mucho mejor que el simple choque de poderes, intereses y sexo. 

Another of the few things I liked was the fact that despite the momentary feelings, certain friendships and relationships were maintained. It was noticeable in the course of the whole series itself that they really formed very strong bonds, that no woman or person could corrupt at all. 
>Otra de las cosas que me gustó fue el hecho de que, a pesar de los sentimientos momentáneos, se mantuvieran ciertas amistades y relaciones. Se notaba en el transcurso de toda la serie en sí que realmente se formaban lazos muy fuertes, que ninguna mujer o persona podía corromper en absoluto. 

Unlike last season, where there was not so much importance given to drugs FINALLY! I must say that it was really bothering me that there was not an episode of the series in which someone was using cocaine or talking about the same thing. I mean, it's a series for teenagers, that talks about the mistakes that can be made at that stage of our lives, and not everything has to be about drugs, it seemed to me that we were labeled that way. 
>A diferencia de la temporada anterior, aquí no se le dio tanta importancia a las drogas ¡FINALMENTE! Debo decir que me molestaba mucho que no hubiera un episodio de la serie en el que alguien consumiera cocaína o hablara de lo mismo. Es decir, es una serie para adolescentes, que habla de los errores que se pueden cometer en esa etapa de nuestras vidas, y no todo tiene que ser sobre drogas, me pareció que nos etiquetaron así. 

As for the story, there was none, that's the definitive answer, we never knew in detail the past of any of the new roles in this season, and neither did they build a new story that was nothing but sex, mistakes, more sex and a lot of disappointment of this expected season. 
>En cuanto a la historia, no hubo ninguna, esa es la respuesta definitiva, nunca conocimos en detalle el pasado de ninguno de los nuevos roles en esta temporada, y tampoco construyeron una nueva historia que no fue más que sexo, errores, más sexo y mucha decepción de esta esperada temporada. 

I think that the clash of the characters that left this season with the new ones would have been a little more interesting and would not have left so many gaps. Because when you watch the finale, you're going to say the same as many of us.
>Muchos opinan algo de lo que yo estoy de acuerdo, creo que el choque de los personajes que se fueron en esta temporada con los nuevos, hubiese sido un poco más interesante y no se hubiese dejado tantas lagunas. Porque cuando veas el final, vas a decir lo mismo que muchos de nosotros.

A fifth season is coming and apparently there are new characters.
