<center></center> Following a conversation with @taskmaster4450le the other day, I have been inspired to start working on creating my own tribe here on Hive. The topic is still a bit up in the air honestly, but I am narrowing things down by the day. I wanted to share this announcement because I would also like feedback from the community in order to create the best tribe that I can. I've identified a few different things I would like some feedback on other than the technical aspect of actually creating a front end on the Hive-Engine. # Whitepaper <center></center> Firstly, I have never written a whitepaper before. I think that I would like to really create something that shows the trajectory of the project and what I expect out of it for the community. If you have ever written a whitepaper or have read a really fantastic one somewhere, I would love to know what it said and what the process was for putting it together. # Tokenomics <center></center> This is all a blur to me. - What should my issued supply be? - What should my distribution schedule look like? - Where does the initial value of the token come from? - Should I be implementing a token burn? - What math will be involved in managing the supply? Really any information on this topic would help. I am currently trying to study it as much as possible to be sure that I create a token that will provide maximum value to the community. I want to fundamentally sound on this topic and would appreciate any references to great projects with publicized tokenomics. # Marketing <center></center> I plan on doing marketing through Twitter and possibly Discords that are topically relevant. My question for the community is: - Where do you go to market your products/your brand? Any out of the box recommendations would be great or if you have seen a very successful marketing campaign here or anywhere else that would be replicable for a tribe. # Closing I am going to be studying up a lot on how to run a tokenized community. I am excited and look forward to sharing details as I piece the project together. Best of luck with that. First of all you need to make sure that your tribe should be unique. Just like Leofinance is about financial stuff, yours should be about something that is unique. There is also another suggestion is that you should be very careful with the supply of the token. And yeah! Token burning is something that created value for it. Wow, this is a crazy thought @rob23. You must create a Tribe related to your passion. I wanted to create my own token but sadly I am bad with the technicalities involved & the calculations especially when it comes to deciding on the Tokenomics. Please do share the process as @bitcoinflood mentioned above in his comment. It would be helpful for others who are trying to go down this path. I think you need to create the tokenomics first. I think I heard from the owner of the SPORTS community about how they messed up and it caused them to have a huge inflation rate.
