Today was the first time that it really 'sank in' WHY it's so important to curate content on the Hive block chain.

You see, I publish that video above in two places: On the Hive Block-chain via 3Speak.online, and on YouTube.

There's a big difference in the two. One is decentralized and rewards good content via tokens that can be exchanged for hard currency. The other is a bohemoth with lots of rules.

The difference in viewership is pretty profound as well with Youtube outperforming 3Speak 10:1 on viewership.

While I may get more recognition by a wider audience for the Youtube version of the videos, I feel more of a sense of 'ownership' when I post my videos on 3Speak.

I feel like I am truly contributing.

As a bonus since I am an internet marketer, it occurred to me today that I can exchange the Hive I have and use those to obtain CTP tokens. Then I can use the CTP tokens on Firepay to purchase upgrades in advertising sites that accept that payment method.

## So let me put the pieces together. 

(I am sometimes dim so it takes me thinking through things to make it 'click' in my head)

1. Quality Curated content on 3Speak and PeakD

2. Earn Hive for good posts and videos

3. Hive can be used to purchase CTP Tokens (among other crypto currency)

4. CTP Tokens can be used via Firepay to purchase upgrades in misc advertising systems, mailers, and traffic exchanges.

This means that with another simple add-on (Steempress) to my regular Wordpress blog, my blogging efforts on Wordpress will AUTOMATICALLY get published on PeakD\Hive.

AND, by using the #ctp tag on my Wordpress blog, the post will appear on the CTPTalk.com site, earning me CTP credits.

That's profound. And why shouldn't I do that? If I am going to write good content, why not leverage a system like the one above to take this to the next level.

Plus, (and this is a big one for me) it adds VALUE to the block-chain. It's not fluff posts just to try to earn a few coins. It's real content read by real people.
