 Be proud of how far you've gone recently. Although you've experienced a lot, you've also developed greatly. Give yourself praise for your fortitude and tenacity. You have strong reason to think you can trust yourself moving forward, not because you've always chosen well, but because you've survived and learned from the poor decisions in many ways. Ultimately, self-love is about living life to the fullest, believing in your own emotions, taking chances, losing and regaining happiness, valuing the memories, and learning from the past. You occasionally need to put an end to your concerns, questions, and doubts. Have faith that things will turn out, perhaps not exactly as you had hoped, but exactly as they are supposed to. And as I said in our previous email, keep trying your best and don't force things into your life that aren't yet meant to fit. It will occur when the moment is right. Your circumstance is changing. Life should be embraced, not strangled 24/7. Sometimes you just need to unwind and stop worrying and micromanaging everything that happens. Before you squeeze too hard, learn to release a little. Breathe in deeply. Take the next step only after the dust has settled and you can once more make out the forest for the trees. Also keep in mind that you don't need to have a specific destination in mind to be heading in the right direction. Practice motivating yourself rather than letting disappointment and frustration bother you today. Be aware of your breathing. Although you don't have complete control over the world, you DO have power over how you react to it. Your power is in how you respond. In actuality, life teaches and humbles us as time goes on. We gradually become aware of the amount of crap we have been wasting our time and resources on. We also start to comprehend what it means to let go... Without a doubt, each of us is currently dealing with a fair share of challenging situations, many of which are unrelated to anything we've done.
