Ya voy para dos años dentro de #hive dónde ha Sido un viaje cargado de pura adrenalina...lo primero que se viene a la mente es una montaña rusa que sube y baja, pero #hive no es así...a tomando velocidades muy altas, nunca baja, solo aumenta o se mantiene. Hoy le respondía una inquietud a un amigo que acaba de terminar su #introduxeyourself, le decía que #hive me dió la oportunidad de autodescubrirme y sé que a muchos al igual que a mí nos pasó que comenzamos con un tipo de contenido determinado y  tal ha Sido la evolución dentro del proceso que hoy 22 de Enero creamos contenido que jamás nos imaginamos, el inesperado viaje en #hive.</div>

I'm already two years into #hive where it's been an adrenaline-filled journey...the first thing that comes to mind is a roller coaster that goes up and down, but #hive is not like that...at very high speeds, it never goes down, it only goes up or stays up. Today I was answering a question to a friend who just finished his #introduxeyourself, I was telling him that #hive gave me the opportunity to self-discover myself and I know that many of us, like me, started with a certain type of content and such has been the evolution within the process that today January 22nd we create content that we never imagined, the unexpected journey in #hive.</div>

<div class="pull-left">Tengan sentido de pertenencia y amor por lo que hacen, la pasión es clave para la creación de contenido ya que es lo que hace que todo se mueva...muy parecido a la mezcla rosada que había debajo de new York en la segunda película de los caza fantasmas ¿Recuerdan?  Lo mismo sucede con #hive...las recompensas es solo el principio de los beneficios de #hive pero el norte correcto es el amor que vamos a sentir por eso que estamos creando... Sucede que los grandes proyectos de curación y los usuarios con un gran poder de Voto van a apoyarnos cuando nuestro contenido sea de calidad y se demuestre el esfuerzo. Este esfuerzo se muestra en nuestra dedicación al redactar y al presentar nuestro contenido , por ejemplo, que visualmente sea agradable.

Debemos enriquecernos como creadores, constantemente estar en un proceso de formación y de crecimiento y para esto hay "mil formas" de hacerlo. Investigar, documentarse para transmitir un mensaje lo mejor posible...aprender sobre el uso de la herramienta para la eficiencia y eficacia son esenciales, siendo esto...el aprovechamiento máximo del equipo que estamos utilizando y la respuesta sea lo más inmediato posible por eso es que hiciste #3speak, dónde ya como creadores de contenido, el involucrarse es necesario, como dije arriba, nuestra capacidad de adaptamos. #3speak es la consecuencia de adaptar nuestro contenido pero en formato vídeo.</div>

He visto en todo este tiempo como la moneda ha bajado, pero he visto inmediatamente como a mi casa, mi familia y a mí nos ha hecho muy felices. Si hace dos años me hubiesen dicho que estaría viviendo en Colombia, con mi chica y que hoy me estaría dedicando a escribir en una plataforma que recompensa ni contenido y que además de esto, me gustaría tanto que estaría haciendo videos para su hijo #3speak y que además como si fuera poco seria fundador de @Palmsradio y una de las voces principales...si me lo dicen así...JAMAS lo hubiese creído...¿Por qué? Porque suena maravilloso y lo es. ¿Mi consejo? Sigan documentándose, sigan formándose como creadores de contenido que como #Hive...nada.</div>
