Hi Everyone!

Thanks for stopping by and welcome to another fitness report. And in this report I will also talk about my experiences of the automaticwin and win initiatives as established by the founder @wil.metcalfe.

But first let me give you a rundown of my stepping workout activity for today.

So, this morning I went for a walk and did my 2 mile (and some) around my neighborhood and I returned home just a few minutes before 9am. The weather this morning was fine, cool, and lovely. I had a nice good workout and managed to obtain my automaticwin by getting a step count of 11.7K steps.  And this afternoon, I went to Metro market in the downtown and bought some cake for dessert.  Having gone there also gave me additional step counts added to my tracker.

Participating in the initiatives is pretty easy and simple.  All you have to do is to ensure to obtain 10Ksteps before or at the exact time at 10AM (automaticwin) or 10 PM (win) and take a screenshot of your 10K steps. And attach the screenshot to your report when it's time to post your @actifit report.

As for me, I have been using the automaticwin hashtag since 2018 and just recently the win hashtag was introduced on May of this year, 2020. 

Since, I joined with Actifit, I've been doing my activity almost daily. There were a few days that I missed, nevertheless it's a daily routine activity for me.  (I've been working out since 1981 to this day, except the time when I was ill, back in 2015-17.)  And it has been a wonderful and amazing journey experience ever since.  And being active physically through exercise for me is important as I firmly believe that my health comes first for several reasons: being healthy, longevity, good immune system, feeling good (and looking good). 

And now having said that, a few or some of the experiences that I shared with my followers and audiences was during my participation with the AutomaticWin Challenge months ago where we had to submit our highest step count for the day for 14 days was indeed very challenging.  That experienced was fun, intensed as well as invigorating for everyone involved. I won first place on that challenged and was generously rewarded for it.

The next interesting and most fun experienced was the participation in the 777 Challenge.  Here I was inspired to create a video and to share to Twitter as a way to advertise and market steem as well as to recruit and sponsor users to come on board. And although, this initiative didn't materialized as expected for lack of support from the top, it was very much collaborated and supported by those involved.  This too, for me was a lot of fun and amazing.  

And also, sharing and showing photos in your actifit report of places where you've been while doing your activity, or when you're dining somewhere in the restaurant or cafe, or maybe some of your recipes are just another means of building good foundation for discovery and other possibilities whatever that maybe.

Going back to the usage of the automaticwin and the win hashtags, I am very glad that I did it and used them accordingly because it allowed me to amass a total of 401 Awin tokens. And as a result of the buyback i.e., in order to move the tokens from steem to hive with a ratio 1:1, I was placed third and was rewarded an additonal 25 token, hence I received 426 hives from @wil.metcalfe.  The first place was given to @danmaruschack, 2nd place to @practicaleric and so I would like to extend a warm congratulations to them as well to others that participated on these initiatives.  Congratulations everyone!  And thank you, Wil - you're awesome.

Finally, I just wanted to say that it has been a fantastic journey experience both with @actifit and @adventureready and wanted to thank them for all that they do and making it happened. These experiences are something memorable that I'll treasure as part of a lifestyle that is healthy.
