My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2021
Happy Saturday Everyone and welcome to my fitness report.  Hope you guys are having a wonderful time and enjoying this weekend with family and friends.  And also doing well with your stepping activity.

Such a beautiful day today; had a late start nevertheless I did lots of stretching exercises; jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups; running-in-place and whatnot. 

After all the stretching I was out and about walking around the neighborhood.  Weather was lovely with cool breeze flowing every now and then.  The skies were covered with big white fluffy clouds.

I also took pictures of flowers alongside the sidewalk as I made my way around.

And that pretty much how my stepping came about today.  Returned home energized and feeling great.
