The real problem with this video is that it is applying social justice and not the intent of the constitution. Example The intent and purpose of the constitution was to limit the size and powers of its servants. This interpretation doesn't actually do that. in fact this interpretation expands the agencies creating the very monster the constitution was contracted to avoid.

The real and right interpretation is that the local committee's of safety assemble Grand Jury's to give their consent upon any one law or principal. That is why there can be know appeal of a Grand Jury's verdicts. One way to comprehend this is to study history and see that it was the local committee's of safety that elected representatives to  form a government in the first place.
