The real problem with this video is that it is applying social justice and not the intent of the constitution. Example The intent and purpose of the constitution was to limit the size and powers of its servants. This interpretation doesn't actually do that. in fact this interpretation expands the agencies creating the very monster the constitution was contracted to avoid.
