I really hoped the run would last a little longer than it did.  It seems we have already pulled back quite a bit now.  It was really nice seeing my account value so high for a while.  Of course it is still higher now than it was before.  I can totally appreciate that.  I think the thing that makes me the most happy is what the price of hive is doing in relation to Steem.  The fact that it is doing better (for now) is kind of a "stick it to the man" moment.

I hope the price continues to go up because I think the system really suffers from a lower priced token. With the inflation rate slowly moving down, the coin has to move up in value in order to compensate that loss in payouts or people wont be incentived to move to the service. Ill probably write an article on it soon, but I think hive is in a much better position than when steem started, mostly because now we dont have as many OGs dumping coins and keeping the price lower. Anyway, great article !

I'm so excited! Every time I look at the publications that are in trend and see their monetary value, I am reminded of the Steemit of the past. Likewise, when I see the creative publications that are made to highlight, the upcoming projects of the platform and even the hopeful comments of strength and encouragement, I feel that we are doing well. I can't deny that I still publish by steemit, but I feel that it has become hopeless to do so.
