<h1> <center> Turning to HIVE, eSteem encouragement program continues. </center> </h1>
Hello Hivean
One of the dapps that I use for activities on HIVE is Esteem. Since before the Hive was born I have used it. When I moved to HIVE I still didn't update, so I lagged behind developments. One of them is a program from Esteem that provides encouragement to its users.
At first I didn't think too much. but then I felt something was missing when I read the post and looked at the bottom left next to the upvote and down vote icons. On the pay out value of a post if we hover and see the rewards from @estemapp, @good-karma and the team .
After some time passed just today I got an update from a reply to a post that I did.
I made a post with the title [Keeping stress from quarantine independently](/hive-122108/@rokhani/keeping-stress-from-quarantine-independently) and got a reply from @esteemapp.
A thank you note for using Esteem and entering into an encouragement program like in the following screen shoot.

<h2> Don't just look at the reward value </h2>
This certainly brings joy to us especially #Esteem users. Every Hivean certainly hopes to get support in the form of rewards from dapps used. this will give us more confidence that what we do is never in vain. We will get support from all parties. Thus we will be more optimistic that we can continue to grow better.
Even though the rewards from @esteemapp are still not too large, I'm sure it's just a matter of time and consistency. I believe the percentage of rewards will increase along with other reinforcement from their team.
We cannot only see how little reward we receive. I am sure that with serious and consistent efforts, there will be many responses and rewards in the future.
While continuing to hope that it will increase. Maybe right now it's still around 3.4% as we can see in the following screen shoot

We must not despair. I'm sure everyone is working hard to improve service and support for all Hivean. Hope all of us in the future will be able to give the best so that Esteem will be a choice that never disappoints us. Thank you @esteemapp, Thank you @good-karma.
The future is far away and we will continue to work to reach the top. With Hive, we hope to be able to enjoy the sweetness of honey in this bee hive.
