Insecurity in people can have different origins, but one of its fundamental causes is the lack of self-confidence. This is because a mind that feels insecure constantly fears rejection and disapproval on the part of others. People who suffer from insecurity tend to isolate themselves from their loved ones and become lonely people, which ends up ruining all their relationships and becomes the root of many other problems. "One way to encourage our willpower and focus is to control our distractions instead of letting them control us." Unsafe people show a whole series of characteristic signs. They are selfish people who require praise and attention, who like to surround themselves with material goods, to feel protected, but at the same time they are very complacent people, who seek the approval of others, so that they feel safe. The insecure tend to be defensive and do not accept criticism, because they consider it an attack on themselves, so it is difficult to have a constructive conversation with an insecure person. In addition, they are people who can not be silent and fill it with unnecessary chats, because they feel uncomfortable with their thoughts because they do not have a very positive opinion about themselves. Curiously, they tend to be very pranksters, looking for others to laugh, but at the same time they become too insensitive towards others, mocking others and themselves, to try to capture attention.
