### ***MI CORAZON. MI ESPACIO SONORO***

Hace unos años empecé a interesarme por mi pulso y mas allá por el sonido de mi corazón, pero no lo encontraba, tenía que hacer mucho esfuerzo físico para escucharlo y lo sentía apenas. Eso siempre me sucedía, siempre sentía que debía conectar con ese sonido, me venía de la nada el interés. En reposo me tocaba el pecho lo presionaba con la mano y no lograba conectar con ese sonido, pero quería tenerlo, no se porqué pero quería conectar con eso. No me preocupaba porque quería hacerlo simplemente lo quería.

En el vivir suceden señales, señales que nos presentan una impronta de interés y pueda que sea un juego inconsciente, pero eso me sucedía.

### ***MY HEART. MY SOUND SPACE***

A few years ago I started to be interested in my pulse and beyond that in the sound of my heart, but I could not find it, I had to make a lot of physical effort to listen to it and I barely felt it. That always happened to me, I always felt that I had to connect with that sound, the interest came out of nowhere. At rest I would touch my chest, I would press it with my hand and I could not connect with that sound, but I wanted to have it, I don't know why but I wanted to connect with it. I didn't worry about why I wanted to do it, I just wanted it.

In life signals happen, signals that present us with an imprint of interest and it may be an unconscious game, but that happened to me.

### ***LOS SONIDOS DE MI VIDA COMO UNA OBRA DE ARTE***. 

Pasado ese tiempo sin escuchar mi sonoridad, en una actividad de fin de semana de Biodanza, la cita era al aire libre, ese día era Biodanza con barro y se llamó el Arte magnífico / Ars Magna. El arte magnífico en Biodanza o Ars Magna es una propuesta a percibir la vida como una obra de arte.  Para comprender esto, les pregunto ¿Cómo percibes una obra de arte? Bueno así es tu propia experiencia del arte magnífico que puede ser diferente para todos o potenciada en un práctica en colectivo como es las sesiones de Biodanza.

Bajo esa inspiración supe que es una libertad sentir inspiración en la vida, formas, colores, hacerse acompañar, acciones; todo lo que implique estar de cara a la vida tiene que ver con mis filtros y mis percepciones, ojo siempre hay maneras de ir por más y mejor. Sin arrepentimientos. 

Ese fin de semana de Ars Magna fue muy contundente, puedo relatar como viviencia que despúes de ese día mi corazón lo escucho con gran sonoridad, es tal que cuando hablo de esto, siento el calor en el cuerpo que ese día sentí cuando conecté con mi palpitar. No se trataba solo de sonido y una temperatura agradable, se trató de quedarme en la quietud y encontrar como la sábana con la que estaba arropada se movía en cada palpitar. Estoy viva que alegría. Por fín el sonido que tanto busqué se presentó de todas las formas y sentido posibles

### ***THE SOUNDS OF MY LIFE AS A WORK OF ART.*** 

After that time without listening to my sonority, in a weekend activity of Biodanza, the appointment was outdoors, that day was Biodanza with mud and it was called the Magnificent Art / Ars Magna. The magnificent art in Biodanza or Ars Magna is a proposal to perceive life as a work of art.  To understand this, I ask you, how do you perceive a work of art? Well, this is your own experience of magnificent art that can be different for everyone or enhanced in a collective practice as is the Biodanza sessions.

Under that inspiration I knew that it is a freedom to feel inspiration in life, forms, colors, to be accompanied, actions; everything that implies to be facing life has to do with my filters and my perceptions, eye there are always ways to go for more and better. No regrets. 

That weekend of Ars Magna was very forceful, I can relate as an experience that after that day my heart listens to it with great sonority, it is such that when I talk about it, I feel the warmth in my body that I felt that day when I connected with my heartbeat. It was not just about sound and a pleasant temperature, it was about staying in the stillness and finding how the sheet I was wrapped in moved with each palpitation. I am alive, what a joy. At last the sound I had been looking for came in every possible way and sense.

### ***TUCUM, TUCUM***

Feliz por esa manifestación, más nunca he dejado de escuchar ese espacio sonoro y además en la hermosa quietud, de la meditación y el silencio puedo sentir el movimiento, la vibración de mi corazón hecha cuerpo.

Poco despúes o durante la formación un espacio del entendimiento de esto me fue revelado aún. Pues esto de conectar con el corazón, no es inocente, es parte de la integración humana y de los instintos o como se dice en biodanza “reaprendizaje de las funciones originarias de la vida” . Esa revelación que no era solo leer o lenguajear sobre eso resultaba propicio para comprender que hay un ritmo dentro de nosotros que es el mismo que está afuera y esa conexión es el orden.

### ***Y QUE TAN IMPORTANTE ES EL ORDEN.***

Pues el orden es lo que sigue después del caos, siempre el caos rutinario va a estar y las sombras y las noches oscuras y dolorosas. El caos es el principio del orden. ¿Recuerdan?: “Primero fue el caos” y ¿cuantas veces no hemos estado allí? Eso no tiene dimensiones, simplemente es . Siempre estamos al filo y hasta temerosos y en esa confianza entrar en el ritmo implica encontrarme con mi fuerza orgánica de la confianza, en lo necesario de los procesos para vivir y siempre va a seguir el orden, no se en que momento, pueda que en episodios, pero puedo entrar en el orden.

### ***YWAM, YWAM***

Happy for this manifestation, I have never stopped listening to this sonorous space and also in the beautiful stillness, meditation and silence I can feel the movement, the vibration of my heart made body.

Shortly after or during the training a space of understanding of this was still revealed to me. Because this connecting with the heart is not innocent, it is part of the human integration and instincts or as they say in biodanza "relearning of the original functions of life". That revelation that was not only to read or to speak about it was propitious to understand that there is a rhythm inside of us that is the same that is outside and that connection is the order.

### ***AND HOW IMPORTANT IS ORDER.***

Well, order is what follows after chaos, always the routine chaos is going to be there and the shadows and the dark and painful nights. Chaos is the beginning of order, remember: "First there was chaos" and how many times have we not been there? That has no dimensions, it just is . We are always on the edge and even fearful and in that trust entering into the rhythm implies meeting my organic force of trust, in the necessary processes to live and order will always follow, I don't know at what moment, maybe in episodes, but I can enter into order.

### ***BUSCA EL SONIDO DE TU CORAZÓN***


Quédate en silencio y escucha como hay un ritmo afuera, del aire, de los árboles, de los pájaros, de la ciudad, de los vehículos, de las palabras, de la naturaleza. Hay un ritmo, que maravilla y ese ritmo es el mismo que está adentro si eliges con cual te quedas, en tu caminar, en tu sincronía con otros, en tu coordinación con otros, en tu melodía, en tu fluidez, en tu levedad, muy en el fondo; vuelves y te encuentras otras vez renovado, hazlo te invito incorporarlo a tu  consciencia.

Si te sientes acelerado, quieres ir acelerado, es un ritmo acelerado el que hay y estas en conexión, pero puedes rescatar tu ritmo natural tienes el cuerpo como recurso y la respiración; ese ritmo tiene tanto su bailao, que no lo puedes alterar, es el mismo de los ciclos del día y la noche, de la digestión, del palpitar del corazón, del respirar, ese del que estamos dotados, esa sonoridad está afuera y está dentro de ti y es la búsqueda de todos los que empezamos a conectar con todo esto los que nos va a llevar a la confianza de lo didáctico o al reaprendizaje  del fenómeno de encontrarnos en paz.
