No se si por moda o por orgullo, continuamente escucho decir, ya l@ perdoné, pero no hay coherencia corpórea de tal remisión, pareciera más bien un indulto, como aquello del poder en el que sigues siendo culpable solo que el cumplimiento de la pena ya no está.  Nada convincente ese perdón desde solo el lenguaje.

Ponerle cuerpo al perdón, no significa caer de rodillas ante alguien, aunque esa sea el significado, para mostrar que todo ha quedado atrás.  El perdón es un contraste en el que el proceso siempre empieza y termina por uno mismo, el perpetrador solo está allí para poner a prueba, alguna reacción propia, en defensa a la misión de ser feliz.  No significa entonces que dejemos pasar pero si de hacer un trabajo personal, cuyo proceso implique algunas prácticas interesantes, superadoras de cualquier malestar, rencor, rabia, odio o hipocresía.

He estado en situaciones en las que me resulta natural aquello de poner al servicio mi repertorio de rabia y rencor, pueda que se trate también de miedo, lo cual supone esa rabia para ponerse en resguardo del atacante. Y he estado también en situaciones en la que ignoro totalmente lo que pasa a mi alrededor, pues en mi creencia de que estoy actuando bien para mí, para el otro no lo es y me doy cuenta muuuuchooo después de eso. Solo que comprendo que no puedo hacer nada, porque cada quien hace lo que hace desde donde lo puede hacer.

Empecemos por merecer la paz, esa libertad en la que ya no estás en el rencor, reclamador de algo que está afuera. Nadie nos hizo nada. Empecemos por nosotros mismos: 

### Yo permití que entraras a mi vida e hicieras lo que hoy me duele.
 
Porque el dolor no es de golpe, el dolor tiene un proceso, no duele de repente, algo venía sucediendo que hizo aparecer ese daño. Entonces ---¿donde estabas tú, en ese momento?. Sin culpas por favor, es darte cuenta que el valor de ese aprendizaje es una oportunidad de no repetir una situación como esa.
