Mosca con todo esto no hay recetas mágicas, además de que se trata de contar las vivencias de cómo hacer la vida, o como la hemos hecho. En ese sentido mis amados @holos, voy a dejar por aquí una mirada posibilitadora de eso que nos invade cuando somos parte de este colectivo y actuamos tal y como hemos aprendido; repitiendo conductas tóxicas o emancipadoras, como en este caso. Se trata de apuntar a la liberacíón: ver una ruptura como esa transición que nos permite percibir como algo que se termina no es el fin, es necesario que eso termine para que continué algún camino evolutivo y más bien lo vemos como:

**```BUENO AQUÍ YA JUNTOS NO ES POSIBLE CONTINUAR.```**

Simple y completo a la vez lo que sucede en lo cotidiano, es que busquemos maneras de justificar las rupturas con historias de: infidelidades, promesas no cumplidas, falta de compromiso, desamor y hasta maltrato… ya suelta el drama, ese papelón de víctima no es, novelero no. Aquí el planteamiento es hacernos responsables de lo que nos sucede y muchas veces lo que nos sucede es que llega la fecha de caducidad de la relación y darse cuenta también implica, reconocer que hay lugares de los que hay que salir para cuidarnos y no abandonarnos a nosotros mismos.

Por lo general en el momento de la ruptura hay ya una estela mágica que tiene tiempo rondando la relación, lo que sucede es que estamos haciendo la vista gorda de esos avisos, lo que quiero decir es que cuando llega el momento de la ruptura ya sabemos que eso venía por allí …. Ummmm y nos sucede que estamos en una vigilia que nos impide ver esa decisión espiritual. ¿Te ha pasado?  Voy con una pregunta reveladora es un ejercicio mental:

### ¿Desde cuando ya sabías que eso no tenía sentido? 
### ¿Qué evidencias tienes de que ya se estaba forjando un camino independiente? … porque eso pasa… Cierto?

**```UNA MIRADA DIFERENTE A LAS SEPARACIONES.```**

>No tienes que seguir con alguien que no quiere ya estar contigo, no existe esa obligación de la norma cultural de continuar juntos, hay lugares que pierden la fertilidad y que impiden el desarrollo personal. Voy a colocar muestras para laboratorio como ejemplos:

> Cuando no hay compromiso: Algunos hablan de un compromiso prolongado, otros de una falta de compromiso, son extremos, incómodos, pero cuando esa chispa de incluso mostrar el compromiso o estar a ocultas es evidente en situaciones como acostumbrarse a una vida juntos y en ocasiones nos quedamos a dormir juntos, pero no llega a concretarse nada. Es de paso. Claro esto va para quienes no están a gusto con esto, otros si les resuena ese escenario.

> Intereses diferentes: Hasta en la conversación caemos en la crítica con un tercero, como buscando maneras de justificar esas diferencias. Algo como si tiene que venir otro a darte la razón. Y esto casi siempre finaliza con una discusión en privado.

> Si ya no hay sexo, con recurrencia: Me quedé muda.

Puede que existan otras muestras. Si hiciéramos un test nos daríamos cuenta de que allí no había para atrás, no había para resarcir nada, era mejor, es el espacio de la liberación mas bien. 

Puede que haya rupturas que puedan ser mas civilizadas y respetuosas del proceso de cada quien, sin buscar culpables. Y en la consciencia de que cada quien va por un camino evolutivo en el que puede irse a crecer y no tiene que ser juntos, nuevas formas de vida se perciben. Y en el cuido de la relación con el otro es un acto de cordialidad reconocer lo desgastante que energéticamente, significa continuar. Agradece, nada forzado es bueno.
