Sin duda una verdadera delicia esta receta. De las comidas decembrinas esta es mi favorita porque desde niña teníamos la costumbre no solo de comer el 24 o el 31 sino también el día siguiente usar lo que quedó del pernil para rellenar una arepa o un pan, la verdad esta receta me recordó a mi infancia.
